• Compete against other users across multiple leagues

3. Important Disclaimers

3.1 No Real Money Transactions

• All points and prize amounts displayed are symbolic and for entertainment purposes only
• Any monetary arrangements between users occur entirely outside the App
• We have no involvement in, control over, or liability for private financial arrangements between users
• The App is entirely free with no in-app purchases or paid features

3.2 Unofficial F1 Data

Race data and statistics used in this App are obtained from unofficial sources or entered manually by league administrators.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of race data
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1, the FIA, or any F1 teams
• All F1-related trademarks, logos, and names remain property of their respective owners

3.3 User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of predictions and results within their leagues
• Resolving any disputes regarding league scoring or standings
• Any private agreements or arrangements with other users
• Understanding and complying with applicable local laws

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You may not impersonate others or create accounts on behalf of anyone else
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Content You Provide

Users may submit the following content to the App:

• Profile avatars and display names
• Race predictions and team selections
• League names and settings

6.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory

6.3 Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of any content you upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a licence to display it within the App
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms

7. League Creation and Administration

• Users may create public or private fantasy leagues
• League creators serve as administrators for their leagues
• League administrators are responsible for managing settings, rules, and participants
• We are not responsible for disputes within leagues or between league members
• League administrators must ensure their league operates in accordance with these Terms

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the App's security or infrastructure
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the App
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Sell, transfer, or share your account with others
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the App without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for financial losses or disputes between users
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for data inaccuracies, lost predictions, or scoring errors
• We are not responsible for any third-party content or services linked from the App

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms
• Remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms
• Discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice

You may request account deletion at any time by using the in-app deletion feature.

• The App's design, code, and features are owned by Pit Lane Fantasy Racing League or its licensors
• Formula 1, F1, and related marks are property of Formula One Licensing BV and used here for descriptive purposes only
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission
